From raw file to clean result in four simple steps. No installation, no formulas, no 100-page manual.

Upload your file

On the home page, drag your Excel into the upload zone or click “Upload my file”.

Accepts .xlsx files with multiple sheets, up to 15 MB. If the file has several sheets, you pick which one to analyze from a selector at the top.

See the diagnosis

As soon as the file loads, DataLab computes a 0–100 quality score and shows everything it found.

At the top you see the summary cards (rows, nulls, duplicates, issues) and the quality gauge. The Quality, Profile and Columns tabs show the details of each column.

Clean and work the data

Use the tools to fix what the diagnosis found — always with a preview before applying.

In Cleaning: remove duplicates, handle nulls, normalize phones, convert dates. In Merge Files: join data from another Excel (VLOOKUP without formulas). In Compare: see what changed between two versions.

Export the result

Download the already-clean Excel file and a professional report with everything that was done.

In the Export tab you get the clean Excel (all sheets and fixes) and a PDF/HTML report with the diagnosis, the applied fixes and the before/after quality.

Quick answers

Do I need to install anything?

No. DataLab runs in your browser. Just open the app and upload your file.

Is my data stored?

Your file is processed during your session to show you the results. DataLab is built to help you treat your data, not to store it.

Can I change the language?

Yes. There is a language selector (Português / English) at the top of the application.

What is the maximum size?

Files up to 15 MB. For most work files that is more than enough.
